Mr Kalmoua is the founder of Kalmoua Law Firm. He studied at VU University Amsterdam, where he completed both a Master's degree in Civil Law and the prestigious Master's degree in Corporate Law.
He began his career at the Office of the State Advocate in The Hague, where he worked on complex and socially sensitive cases for the State, ministries and other government agencies. This experience forms the basis of his broad legal perspective and his ability to operate strategically in situations with major political, financial or public impact.
Since becoming an entrepreneur, Mr Kalmoua has been working as an attorney in corporate and compliance law. He supports individuals and companies in matters such as contractual and commercial disputes, shareholder issues and liability issues. Clients appreciate his accessible style, clear communication and reliable way of working.
Advocatenkantoor Kalmoua is in het rechtsgebiedenregister van de Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten geregistreerd binnen het ondernemingsrecht en civiel procesrecht. Op grond van deze registratie is mr. Kalmoua verplicht elk kalenderjaar volgens de normen van de Nederlandse orde van advocaten tien opleidingspunten te behalen op ieder geregistreerd hoofdrechtsgebied. Daarnaast is mr. Kalmoua is aangesloten bij de Vereniging voor Corporate Litigation (VCL).
